The dress makes her look pregnant, but she took some pictures before and after the Oscars where she doesn't really look pregnant. Regardless, though, I know she'd like to have another child so I could see it happening sometime soon. If she's going to do it, now's the best time to do it because she's just coming off of a hugely successful album, era, and tour. We can't expect a new album from her until at least next year unfortunately, so it makes sense to do it now if she plans to have another child.

Maybe it is just the dress but who knows?
