Beyonce and Rihanna. The rest have diminished their legacies - Lady Gaga with her dated electropop and costume antics that have turned the GP off, Britney and Christina's lack of commercial success and them not being fully invested in the music they make which makes the lack of quality very noticeable, and Katy never had a big legacy, just chart records.
