Dreamgirls was Jennifer's first acting job, 12 Years was not Lupita's and she is a trained actress, which Jennifer is not.

I hope so. It's rare to see something like her in the mainstream media. When she won, I was very happy. She was in the movie 'Non-Stop' which was a great movie, so she already getting movie roles. This will help her career.
