Is it true that generally romance movies give young couples an unrealistic view of relationships?

In a way, yes I have. It wasn't cheesy like those that are in most romance movies, but one could say it was somewhat similar to a romance movie relationship. Think Jack and Rose from Titanic - that's who we most mirrored in my view.
