Davidson's lawyer Christopher Chestnut told CNN that Minaj is trading on a brand that his client helped build, but for which he has never been compensated: "Nicki Minaj is reaping great success and financial bounty reward for Terrence's creative expertise, and he is entitled to participate in that. We applaud the fact that she's making millions, but she's also got to pay bounty to those whose creative designs she's making millions off of. On its face, you might think what this guy is suing over is wigs, but we really have to consider this in context. Hair is a multibillion-dollar industry: But moreover, these are not your grandma's wigs. These are eclectic. They are decadent, and they are creative. This is about a brand that Terrence has built."

1. The lawsuit against her is absolutely silly. Terrence is being incredibly stupid.

2. Nicki is taking her time with this album.

3. Wayne is also releasing that day. The Wayne stan that is Nicki wouldn't want to release on the same day as him, especially when he may have a new classic on his hands. He definitely has a hyped release and will block Mariah from #1.
