Nice choice, I prefer average houses than very big houses 'cause what's the point of having too many rooms though.

I can't at you thinking that's a normal sized home, that one's HUGE Also, it's very cheap, houses like that would cost like 600,000 to 800,000 euros over here

That house has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and it's like 260 square meters, that's not huge considering that all the houes in my street are that big and none of them is worth more than €400,000. Houses are much cheaper in the Southern States also
Also, it's very cheap, houses like that would cost like 600,000 to 800,000 euros over here
