Top 20? WTF went Top 20 from "The Best Damn Thing"? "Girlfriend" went #1, "When You're Gone" just barely missed the top 20, and "Hot" (The best song on this album) unfortunately BOMBED, and "TBDT" isn't even being played on US radio.

"Blackout" has produced a #3 hit, top 20, and "BTI" a moderate so far top 50 hit. I mean Britney has gotten 3 hits from her album doing nothing and having a bad public image. And again the album sales is no way to compare because Avril promoted, Britney didn't. If Britney promoted "Blackout" would be right along with her best selling albums. Did you see how well "Gimme More" did? Now add promotion.

Well I don't think she wants to Britney and I don't think she is a flop just yet, but she was obviously desperate for a hit when she released "Girlfriend" which went against all she claimed she hated (including the new image).
