Britney had a decent voice (better than Katy and on par with Rihanna live) at the very beginning (1999) but it basically went downhill as she focused on performing and dancing.

I was always drawn to her for some reason. I can't explain it. She looks like an old woman in that video and she was like 23, but that's beside the point lol.
