Melanie ‘Mel’ C(hisholm) has said that there’s a chance the Spice Girls might get back together to have “a little dance” in 2016.
Having a chat to PA, the ‘Rock Me’ hitmaker said the following:
“It’s funny isn’t it because people are saying it’s the 20 year anniversary of The Spice Girls, and we did get together in ’94, but ‘Wannabe’ wasn’t released until ’96 so we don’t really see it until ’96.”
Once the date issue was all cleared up, she then added:
“And you might see a few of us having a little dance about on stage, no plans, but we’ll see what we can do for you.”
Why? Just let it rest. Besides Victoria won't be here for it.
I think after 20 years, they will do something and let it go.
As much as Victoria looks like she hates it, you can tell she secretly loves the attention from it.
they should let it go... I mean SG made an impact but their reign lasted for like 4 years, so, out of 20 years they were in the spotlight for only 5 or maybe 6 years... and they didn't have a hit since late 90s, so girls, thank you but no thank you. I will always love their 90;s work

God bless them but their legacy has been built more on "comeback" and "reunion" talk than the quality of their work. They're a nostalgia 90s act. Noone will forget them or the pandamonium that surrounded them but there isn't a need for them to keeping reuniting unless they ALL want to record new music and that doesn't seem to be the case.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll always love them for being apart of my childhood but ENOUGH with the reunions already.
A little dance?. Release a collection album with hits, unreleased songs and a DVD with concerts and interviews.
Add some rare Spice Girls pics in the mix and bam. That would be a nice send off.
Maybe Victoria would agree to a one off performance that is recorded, televised, and released on Bluray and DVD? Say Wembley Stadium?
Their record label should re-release all the studio albums with some unreleased songs under some anniversary packaging. Then everyone can say goodbye to the Spice Girls for good.
But if none of this happens I'll always have my Olympics.
