There is no proof at all, despite others here claiming there is. Michael had a book of old photographs of naked children that was legally on sale and shows kids jumping in lakes and running around, etc. They weren't in any sexual situations.

1993 case - Father who was a dentist drugged his own child with Amobarbital to remove his tooth, which is when the allegations "came out." The drug has hypnotic properties and GQ ran the story in 1994 that Evan had confided in friends (subsequently they obtained a telephone recording) that he went to Michael saying he abused his son and wouldn't go to police if Michael financed his screenplay. After Michael refused, he implanted the idea to his son Jordan while under the influence of the drug. The strip search proved the description given of MJ's genitals was incorrect, not to mention Jordan said afterwards in 1993 he actually never saw Michael's genitals just his chest when he took off a sweater one time and noticed brown/pink patches all over him. By 1994 the DA knew there was NO corroborating evidence, hence nothing happened as a result to Jackson. The civil suit was paid by an insurance company, which MIchael approved, but regretted there after. Jordan Chandler subsequently got emancipated from his parents. In 2006 his dad attacked him with a metal bar and mace. 5 months after Michael died, his dad Evan killed himself.

2005 Trial: When you have a DA (Tom Sneddon) with a vendetta that cost tens of millions of tax payers money building a case for over a decade and the most expensively staged trial in US history with 10 charges and then an added 4 misdemeanours at the end of the trial and you get found not guilty on every single count, that should be enough to realize it was entirely bogus. MJ helped the Arvizo family but they began abusing his generosity and coming to Neverland when he wasn't in California and acting like they owned his staff and property. The Bashir Documentary aired in 2003, and it was after it aired Michael is meant to have abused Gavin which is ludacris. The family made a rebuttal video (it's on YouTube) where they clearly weren't under duress because they self-directed it in the behind the scenes clips (also on YouTube) but when in court pretended they were made record the video. When asked about self-directing it, the mother had no answer. The prosecution also were allowed to say MJ molested 5 other boys in the trial despite having no evidence. The first 5 defence witnesses were those 5 boys (including Macaulay Culkin) and in one case one of the boy's mom because he was out of the country who all said that was bullcrap. Not to mention Michael had just two people on his defense team, that's all it took to shoot down everything the DA could throw at him. (Police also physically abused Michael when they arrested him for booking in 2003 and broke the law with their seach warrant scope by destroying Michael's entire house in Neverland but that's an aside).

Michael Jackson was extorted because he was a near-billionaire who was eccentric and had an unorthodox relationship with children because of a warped upbringing and clear mental issues regarding childhood and how he was obsessed by creating one for himself. There was no proof, and realistically nobody can know because nobody but MJ and the allegeing two boys were there, but based on the two cases and their facts, the liklihood is almost non-existant.
