It would be nice to show us the receipt. From what I've heard it's not doing bad, not great either. Also, it's still a couple of months away and there is a promo coming (hopefully). The tour, even in Australia, will be sold out.

So what is the deal with people discrediting Vivendi as the source for ARTPOP selling 2.3 M WW? The actual line is not shipments but sales (as argued in the now closed - don't know why - thread) and Vivendi, as most of us know, is a reliable source. Definitely more reliable than Mediatraffic.

Where are the receipts of her flopping in Australia? I mean, not like they've paid much attention to her anyways but...Wow.

I wonder what happened, hopefully this tour will put her on the spot again and her next era fares much better. Kinda like what happened to Bey after "4" era underperformed. I wanna know if this tour will gross more than $100M.

I live in Australia and ARTPOP didn't seem to be doing that poorly, Applause and Do What U Want at least seemed to get reasonable airplay. I heard Applause on the radio at work just the other day. The album sales weren't fantastic though.

The tour seems to be selling out, though. I didn't even realise that tickets were on sail until two days ago and all of the A-section seats were sold out. Had to get "special" Hot Seats (they cost a lot but its Gaga so it was worth it. )

At least people still paying for her concerts in Australia. Its something

I think that the ArtRave is going to suck so bad. A poor man's version of the Monster and BTW Balls. She's going to sing album tracks off of ARTPOP while Applause is the only worthy song to perform live. Everything else is just a poor rendition of TF, TFM and BTW songs and when they're not they're just bad and lackluster. She's going to pull so many cringeworthy theatrics for songs like Swine and MANiCURE, because those songs NEED it desperately. And I still don't get why she's so wanted considering the stories about tickets selling out fast are believable. For example, you know there's going to be a boring long piano part where she's going on and on about equality and what Dope, ARTPOP and the ArtRave are all about. I could make an entire script just by looking at the future track list.

There shouldn't be an ArtRave. She needs to make ARTPOP 'the album only for the (remaining ) fans' and create something entirely new. Everybody thinks she's singing about an iPod, that she craves for attention and is using R. Kelly to create buzz and controversy for **** sake. How many meltdowns does she really need?

Give me a break, this tour is going to be amazing and you're trying it. People keep coming back to her shows cause she's an amazing performer, and her speeches are long but make her shows very distinctive.
