Gaga is in a sticky situation. She needs to ditch the costumes but I'm worried if she ditched them nobody would be here for how she really looks. She really only excelled when it came to dance music and unfortunately that's no longer a force on the charts. She can't do urban pop because no one would take her serious. Her voice is just not versatile or unique enough to do anything else. She's in a rough spot. We all want fame monster gaga back but it would be a step back. I honestly don't know what to do with her.

No sis, her outfits are the least of her problems, honestly.
What she frankly "needs" is either
A) Go back to basics (aka TF/TFM), and make catchy pop music that can appeal to the masses, not with lyrics like "suddenly the Koons is me"
or
B) Make a good album and ACTUALLY say **** the charts. It worked for Beyoncé, and yes even though a lot of those sales came from the surprise hype. If Gaga can get the critics back on her side, show that she is still at the top of the game in terms of output, it won't really matter if gets another hit again; only to the forums anyway.
The problem with ARTPOP is that it is stuck in the middle of trying to be commercial and trying to be different from the pact. It has no direction, no ambition, and doesn't do anything well.
