China has too many economical ties with the US to go to war with us. They can't fight us if they want to get their money we owe them. Russia simply wants us to die.

Edit: I applied when i was 19 though cause i wasnt in the US system for them to know i didn't apply once i got my SS they would have known and i would have gotten arrested

I'll have to go later this year, but in mexico you have don't sign. In fact they give you the paper once you're 35+

Yeah, I had to when I was 18 which I think is ridiculous, I don't think I should be required to sign up for war and girls shouldn't be.
