Ok. For all you people who don't know.
It is universal Mcdonald's protocol to only give one napkin per item. If he only had one item, he only gets one napkin.
Two, it is also protocol not to put salt, pepper, and ketchup in the bag because they were losing an estimated 30+ million a year in unused packets. That is why you have to ask for them now.
Three, napkins and other stuff are typically located outside, yet a majority of customers won't go looking for them.
Further, people will claim anything to make their point. I had a black person call in and call me a racist (I'm black). It's stupid.
Finally, You people can also mean bad customers. You people need to stop getting so offended over every little thing. It's the reason that when true racism happens, no one wants to believe it.
Edit: Also, this lawyer will probably be disbarred on rule 11 if he did file this claim.

I second in command at a Mcdonalds here in Tennessee. Every three months the three highest ranking officials have to go to district meetings. Mine is apart of the Indianapolis district. I was in the meeting when they announced the change back in 2012. I'll be working there until I graduate lawschool. (They give me a scholarship plus I make 20k a year.)

STOP. Are you joking? Fishy... If the only thing you see fishy about this story is as to why the manager didn't nicely hand over napkins then you are clearly in denial. The article only shows one side of the story and for all we know could be completely fabricated by that customer. Why are you so quick to jump to conclusions claiming its racism...
