It's EV trained in Attack and HP so i guess both but it's going to have EQ, Syntesis and Rock Slide and one of the above
Once i finish leveling up this hoes which i think it will be sometime tomorrow i'll breed all the starters i'm missing

Since you have Synthesis, I'd go with Wood Hammer to make up for its health decline. Who am I kidding, I'd choose WH regardless but because yours has Synthesis makes the decision that much easier.
