imo, I think there have been much better years of Weenie Roast. There is some serious trash this year (looks at Rise Against and Seether), but then some stuff is seriously great (what a surprise Metallica is, The Raconteurs, Flogging Molly, Bad Religion again, etc).

As always, and the reason why this is posted on here, is because there will be a live webcast of the show. More details on that in about a week or so.

Apart from Rise Against and Seether, it's a decent line-up. Should be another great show all around.

What exactly are Rise Against promoting? I don't get it at all. They're awful and need to stop showing up at these KROQ festivals.

Metallica and The Offspring alone make this show worth watching. Bad Religion, Pennywise, Flobots, Atreyu... can't wait.

I'm, honestly, surprised that Weezer's not playing.

But, as Johnaldo said, Metallica and The Offspring alone will be worth it.

Alright, everyone feel free to call me an absolute noob. But where exactly does this take place? It says the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, but aren't there like a ton of different Verizon Wireless Amphitheaters spread across America?

so, KROQ hasn't said any Webcast set times, but they have announced the actual event times:

on the KROQ website, they say that the webcast will start at 12:30 pacific, so i'm assuming it'll be a half hour of random **** then right to Ludo. It also seems like Bravery won't be getting the tape delay and that everything will be run live.

and yeah, Rise Against playing over Bad Religion is probably the worst thing ever.

Rise Against playing above Bad Religion is wrong on many levels.

Ludo are probably the worst band that has ever played Weenie Roast.

^ they are def tied with SOTY, who for years has been the undisputed worst band ever on a KROQ show. Ludo sure came with the awfulness though.
