Think about it. It's the only console with games. The PS4 and Xbox One have nothing to offer while the Wii U has Mario, Donkey Kong, Monster Hunter, and a bunch of other exclusives.

Yep. At least for the moment. Only reason I'm getting my PS4 is mainly for KH3 and FFXV which will be out circa 2027.

The WiiU has been out longer, so of course it's going to have more games for the time being

The Wii U has considerably better games, so yes. Between New Super Mario Bros. Wii U, Super Mario 3D World, Earthbound, backwards compatibility (something the other next gen consoles lack, from what I've heard), Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, etc. it's off to a pretty good start. And Bayonetta 2 and Smash and Mario Kart 8 all just look so promising.

I finally tried my brother's PS4 and the only fun thing about it was collecting trophies. We've been playing Knack and I forgot what it was like playing a broken game I have faith the PS4 will get better, though.

Not when Wii U editions of games are being pushed back or cancelled.

PS4 is on a rough patch like so many other launch consoles. The Wii U had nothing but PS3/360 ports starting out.
Things will get better for both in time.

Not until SSB and the new Mario Kart come out. The catalogue of games right now is weak, the best game I have for it is Skylanders: Swap Force. That's embarrassing

The Wii U didn't have any games at launch either and DAI isn't gonna be on the Wii U.

Uncharted, The Last of Us, and inFamous where all new IPs last gen and all those studios are working on new ones along with the rest of Sony's studios plus the sequels to their current IPs, you tried unlike Nintendo did trying to create something new

But anyway, I'm not upgrading till there are lots of games and until the prices go down. They are all really over priced atm.
