The sad thing is that unfortunately most ugandans are in favor of this law, and I'm talking ivy-league educated ugandans. This was discussed on reddit and people with these type of ugandans on their facebook were posting screencaps of said ugandans being in favor of this law.

I went to Uganda 3 years ago, spend money and did amazing Safaris there and all. Won't be going back ever again for sure and will discourage friends and family to do so.
