So Arkhamverse is reporting that a gamestop employee said that he found a poster that was not meant to be put for a another week (When we were expecting Arkham 3 to be announced) Here it is:
He also said that there was a poster attached to it called "Zeppelin" which has no images yet. Also the rumored release date is October 8th, 2014, a date a gamestop employee saw on the store computer

Everyone on the game forums seem to be convinced the announcement is coming soon. It would be perfect considering E3 is gonna be the best ever this year and it would be perfect to show off the floor demo in June and release in Oct/Nov.

I hope they can take the best aspects of each game and make the best game possible:

Arkham Asylum: Killer Croc sewer sequence (wooden boards), Scarecrow sequences (x3), Riddles
Arkham City: SAW-inspired, Riddler death traps, Catwoman side-missions, Mr. Freeze boss batte
Arkham Origins: Side-missions, taking gadgets from bosses, crime scene simulator (rewind/fast-forward)

I really miss the feel of AA. I don't know how to describe it, but the atmosphere is much different than AO/AC and I miss that.

I'm excited!

I just barely for around to playing and finishing Arkham Origins. It was enjoyable, but not nearly as good as the Rocksteady games. I'm ready for them to slay me again.

Arkham 4 sis. Yes, I know Origins wasn't made by Rocksteady, but it still counts.

I really liked Origins, but I have a disdain for prequels in general because I like imagining origin type things in my head. I don't like how for example The Jokers meets Harleen and Batman in the same night. I'm excited for the story to move forward!

I loved the vibe from AA and I miss cat woman, harley, and ivy they need to include better villains in the next one compared to the last.

They better not **** it up like they did with Origins

I liked Origins ! It did have some strong points like the fighting system (imo the most fluid) and the crime scene simulator. Plus Deathstroke >>>>

I'm looking forward to an Arkham game with the Joker, who i love but he's completely overused in everything.

Other characters i'd like to make an appearance: Scarecrow, Riddler, Nightwing, Deathstroke, Poison Ivy, Catwoman, Dr Hurt/Professor Pyg (a gal can dream eh ?), Mr Freeze, Damian Wayne.... etc

Origins had a fun story, but the gameplay was a mess. I mean, that grey sky...

I know Rocksteady can deliver an amazing game. Hopefully with a similar feel to AA.
