Not really. Sites like Soompi, Yesasia, dvdheaven will sell them for only a few USD more than the price of the regular album. They're worth buying if you can catch them since they're usually limited to like 50-100 copies and they sell out more or less straight away
It isn't worth it if you buy them on eBay or whatever though where the bids can get like ridiculous
