Alicia Keys is biracial, so maybe that's why. Her mom is white and her father is Jamaican. So she's not even black.

I guess Syesha doesn't claim her Latina side since her father is a Latino. She has that in common with Christina, who's also biracial (white mom, Ecuadorian father).

Um, as a black person, 'black' refers to people of African descent including those in Jamaica and Latin America that have African descent, so yes, some of her blood is in fact, black.

She meant Alicia Keys and a black Christina Aguilera. Do you really think she meant a Black Alicia Keys?

She probably didn't, but it's how I read it and it was kind of funny.

Love her voice, but she didn't have to put "black" in front of Christian Aguilera. She could've easily said "I consider my voice to be similar to Christina Aguilera's and/or Alicia Keys'." *Shakes head*
