So? iTunes isn't the only place to buy albums. She's still top 20 in the UK albums charts after her 5th week whereas other releases aren't there after their third week. Tells you a lot about how relevant people think iTunes album sales are.
it will hit top 10 definitely. this is capitol and Katy we're talking about.. they still haven't pulled the crazy promo they had to for a few singles last era. The 69 cent discount, a feat. remix, and youtube banners are all still possibilities that will certainly push it into the top 10. Even besides that, Roar is still huge. give it time.
