Yes, everyone should be unless they genuinely believe women should have less rights than men because that is what feminism means.
Feminism is NOT a bunch of women thinking they are better than men. It's about equality so if you say no, then you need to explain yourself

I hope you haven't finished your education.

This is why I'm not a feminist you guys attack everyone who doesn't agree with like damn if anyone has a different opinion.

Having a different opinion is ok. Having an opinion that contributes to inequality is not ok. It's that simple.

However, I completely disagree with all extremist including those involving patriarchy and rape culture. I don't believe modern western society is, as a whole, slanted against women; nor do I believe in the concept of "privilege."
Any feminist that tries to discount the struggles men face because of their gender disgusts me.

Patriarchy is not something you choose to believe in, it's a scientific (sociologic) fact.
I agree with you about your last sentence, but male and female struggles have different reasons and different consequences in our society and should be treated like this.

Seeing as I'm a gay man, and gay men are oppressed by society, much like women are, so there's no reason why I shouldn't be a feminist. I'm more of a humanist, but I don't mind the feminist label. We all need to empower each other. Male, female, trans, straight, gay or whatever.

Did you not see that ATRL thread where people were saying that the drunk girl brought rape upon herself because she was at a party?
What the **** are you going on about?

A lowkey one, yeah.
As soon as women and men have equal rights the term will cease to exist so as long as I think equality is important then yeah I guess I'm a bit of a feminist.

It's not about discounting struggles. The fact that you don't understand the concept of "privilege" is troubling.
Think of life like a video game. Yes, everyone has obstacles to overcome. But playing life as a straight white male is like playing on easy mode. Add in being a woman, or being LGBT, or a racial minority, and your difficult level mode increases

Yes, absolutely. I don't understand people saying no...it literally just means that you believe that women deserve equal rights to men, none of this men-hating ******** that people are made to believe.

You don't need to act or be a certain way just because you have a penis or vagina. You extend way past that. Knowing the amount of LGBTQ members here on ATRL we all need it.

I'm absolutely a feminist! Some women have to go through a lot of harder things than men do, and for them to not even be paid the same or have to get less of a job position because of a man or the fact that their a woman disgusts me and what's the point of not fighting for all people to be equal. If we're all born the same, then why do we come out looked at differently be society? (This goes for all things I.e. Religion, Sex, Race, Sexual Prefrence.)

Feminism is needed. But I hate how SOME feminists set a bad stereotype and ruin it for a lot of other feminist and blurs the message. Feminist isn't about man hating or thinking "womyn>>>>>>>>>> men!!!!111". Women who do this shouldn't be labelled as "feminists". It tarnishes what feminism is and leaves a bad taste in other people's mouth.
It's about about wanting equality for both sexes and not being held down by society because of your sex. That's what feminists are. Not a bunch of pressed man bashers like people think. Go listen to the second verse of Bow Down/***Flawless. It's what feminism IS AND SHOULD BE
