The only difference is that in the video Nicole says "Know Im Fly" twice but in the song she says it once! Also, in the song Chrystina sings her voice differently.
BTW, there is a VERSION of the the song that is UNFINISHED and people think that its the real song, BUT the video version is the FINAL version of the song!
