She's not meant for mainstream pop. She should have went the adult complementary route. Even if that, her voice is meant for Broadway.
It's a lesson learned though. They're right. It's TOO choral for pop music. She sings like a choir from pronunciation to technique in singing. Pop music is about breaking those rules.
