Yes I suffer with really bad anxiety and it causes me to get very bad migraines and head pressure.. Like I'm always in constant pain and anxious about it.. Doctors just want to prescribe more and more medication..
In my opinion, the best way to deal wit anxiety is to find your happy spot and to naturally rid it. Like I listen to Ke$ha, play a game, workout.. Just keep my kind occupied. That way there's less thinking and more occupying.
