So, those of you familiar with the NY Post know that it’s this sensational newspaper that isn’t even worth paying attention to half the time, except for laughs and ridiculous headlines. They do this series of “expose’s” on the NYC Board of Education, like “Worst Teacher in NYC” and whatever, where they splash the teacher’s name all over the paper, and they base it on the standardized test scores of the kids, but they like to omit certain facts. So, last year’s “worst teacher in NYC” was an elementary school teacher that had the class with lowest reading/language scores in the city, but the Post neglected to tell us that the students in that class were almost all English language learners (but then that tidbit doesn’t sell newspapers).
Now, when I came across the “Worst Principal in NYC,” headline about Queens principal Marcella Sills, in the Post, I rolled my eyes. Fast forward to yesterday, when I’m reading my NYT, and the headline pops up again (cuz ish is real, when it’s in the New York Times). This school principle was beyond messy, and she’s finally been dismissed, but not before years of fuqery and money wasted on her six figure salary.
From NYT
Quote:
The school’s custodian, Samuel Ordonez, told investigators that Ms. Sills usually arrived late and called him on his personal cellphone to open a school gate so that she could park her BMW in a driveway. Mr. Ordonez said he helped Ms. Sills with her bags and they entered the school together through a door near the lunchroom.

Quote:
Letters describe Sills as a tyrant and “rude lunatic administrator” who spurred an exodus of excellent teachers and failed to provide basic student supplies and services while handsomely furnishing her own office and squandering funds on catering and decorations.

On the day she knew she was being investigated, she hops out her BMW in this get up, Prada baroque sunglasses (I know because I want a pair), J Mendel fur, Louis V tote, (probably remy weave). No shame in her game
