What I think about it is that a lot of people are deluded beyond reason.
Obviously you won't know everything your government does (hello NSA, how you doing), but taking your beliefs to these extremes and assuming that those running the country do so with the clear intention to harm the very people they are assigned to be working for and looking after is... ridiculous.
