Alias is my childhood favorite. Irina Derevko is probably my favorite villain of all time.
House Of Cards is up there too, but there's only been two seasons so I'll hold back for now.
Survivor is my favorite reality show.
And the Penguins Of Madagascar is my favorite kids show (but really, I could list a ton more here, like Jimmy Neutron, Recess, Hot Wheels Battle Force 5, Looney Tunes...)
I'd have to rewatch most shows I've come across to make a proper judgement, so many are worthy of that title...
If I had to pick one, though... it would be Six Feet Under. Gorgeous cast, great characters and some moments are incredibly impactful ( the finale was so beautiful it instantly made me shiver ).
Even though the ending of LOST didn't answer all the questions, the ride to the ending is an EXPERIENCE. It changed my life and I'll never not love the show.
All the options I included were purely based off google search results when I put in "best tv shows of all time". And all these options are generally considered the best.
Because it couldn't go more than three seasons before falling off.
Twin Peaks couldn't go more than two seasons before it ended and that's listed. Hell, Firefly didn't even go a full season before it ended and that's listed, too.
Once in a while this kind of thread is made and Friends is always the wnner.. Everyone should accept that Friends os never gonna lose and stop making such thread every now and then!
