Maybe because they're on break before they go on tour?
This doesn't matter, they can still break up. It only means they cannot record under a new label or sell music as a group unless they complete this contract (unless the contract also says they cannot sell music solo either under a different label). I believe N Sync owes one more album, no? lmao

There are a lot songs by several artists and groups that have been made by lyrics of choruses from one song, with verses and bridge added from an other
