The site has come back up a couple times with the old layout.
It's likely offline because they're testing the new layout and when they're done testing it, they put the old HTML code up until they're ready to unveil the new layout.
But that's the only reason her site could be down like this. It's been down before but only for a very short period of time and it showed a different message.
