Beyonce does NOT direct her music videos. There are music directors who bring forward ideas.
It is not Beyonce who 'steals' or gets 'inspired', it is the MUSIC VIDEO DIRECTORS AND CHOREOGRAPHERS.

I am not saying she doesn't have creative control.
She takes the blame because she's in charge of her team, and if she misses the fact that some of these ideas were 'stolen', she takes full responsibility instead of pointing fingers.
How does she have ANY way of knowing if the ideas are original or not?
it's not a bad thing to be inspired.
