This went surprisingly well. Ir really wanted a bloodbath but I'll deal.

It was only a month. And you'd think Gaga could shift more sales since she's such a huge, global act coming off an even bigger era and tour, but in reality she's being outsold by Miley in the US and Miley is literally on her ass Worldwide (and miley isn't even that global)

Anyway yes its a flop, I almost feel bad for her because both her and her fans thought it was going to be some huge album/era

Gaga used to be THE big universal pop star. There wasn't anyone bigger than her. The hype was huge. Everybody expected so much. It was kind of a disappointment for many people. She didn't reach the expectations people had.
When the first announce came out, there was still a hype and people knew Gaga was going to release something.
When Applause came out people were disappointed. People lost their interest because Applause was just a big no. Do What U Want was a great single choice but people didn't care anymore. Now the only people who still use her are her fans (luckily she has a lot, I don't think Gaga has to watch out, her career will be fine)

I cried, the fact that this is the second post tells you everything.

You can't just sweep ARTPOP under the rug like a piece of chicken you don't wanna admit you dropped. Even the roaches saw it and they're not here for it.

So what happened to all that about no shade Chronix? I liked this thread because people are actually discussing things.

In the US, yes it's a flop for her standards, WW it's still underperforming.

Secondly, what does your statement have to do with anything? It doesn't even mesh with what people are talking about or the thread you created.

Unfortunately yes, when compared to Gaga's previous performance. It hasn't moved as many copies in the U.S. (and it hasn't scored a huge hit single like the previous releases).

It's just a bump in the road.
