Nope. I'd say that "Fantasy" and especially "Always Be My Baby" were more R&B than "One Sweet Day," which sounded like MOR fluff of the '90s (though I don't get the overall hate for that song). All of them were certified hits on both pop and R&B radio, so they all straddle along both lines.
