So powersaves is the 3ds equilvent of the action replay
2 days ago they added pokemon codes
right now there currently trying to unlock the final 3 pokes

when you first use the power save it backs up your original save to your computer I think, so if you break your game you can just restore it.

But apparently it doesn't recognize all games, and there are a lot of X and Y cartridges that simply aren't recognized for some reason

You can also clone a whole box of pokemon instead of only one by one
