No. I eat a lot of carbs, but those foods are still not good for you. Phytates, lectins, gluten along with the fact that they are not meant to be eaten by humans and wreck havoc on many people's digestive systems + metabolisms are the reasons why I tend to avoid them. But if you like that then that's fine, to each their own.
It's fortified margarine with sterols apparently healthier than butter
Margarine is healthier than butter on paper because it has less saturated/trans fats. But it's so super processed that butter is actually better for you because it's more natural.
