I have one! People are kind of startled by her by first because she greets people at the door. They suffer from pretty bad separation anxiety since they bond so much with humans. Super energetic otherwise though, they should be bought in pairs of two so they don't destroy your house.
Oh - I forgot the most important part. They're
hypoallergenic. Low cat allergy. Cat allergy suffers will still have a slight reaction eventually, but no where near as bad as for a regular cat. The leopard spots are from them being direct descendants of the wild asian Leopard cat, so they have a pelt instead of ordinary cat fur. That's why I got mine

.
Walking a cat is hard though, you have to train them to make them walk alongside you. Otherwise they just drag you everywhere and want to jump on EVERYTHING. If you walk by a tree, all of a sudden they're half way up it and you're trying to coax a cat on a leash down, while people are driving by like "what the **** is that dog doing up that tree?" until they get a closer look. My cat unfortunately does not like treats so I can't train her...
