And if the album get shelved or flops...she won't see even a third of that money. It just means her advances for each album within the contract adds up to 4.5M. That might not be a lot if its a 12-album deal.
Doesn't mean she'll get that money upfront either.
At least someone interested in putting out a solo album for her...she better take it and run with it.
