The character ultimately becomes a villain, but I doubt that with 3 villains right now they'll throw this in the mix in this movie.

I don't think it'll be Lizard; Doctor Oct's arms and Vultures Wings are shown in the trailer for this movie. Wouldn't be surprised if Electro and/or Rhino are finished off by the end of this movie too.
