It'll pass. Wasn't there backlash when SSandra won and she just had her most successful year yet?
Sandra had already been in the industry for a LONG TIME though. People were annoyed that she won for a role that wasn't her best. If she had won for Gravity then, there would have been absolutely no backlash.
