Beyoncé by far. Britney had a reality show for crying out loud. Everyone is interested in Bey's marriage, her pregnancy, the rumor of an Obama affair. Yet Bey keeps quite, she never tweets and this era she has done no interviews at all. There is nothing about Britney that we don't already know for the most part.
