The sexist double standard is real, but Pharrell's brand is hot right now following Get Lucky and Blurred Lines.
Happy's release was timed perfectly as radio seems receptive to his solo releases now, but that won't last.
Enrique, Justin, and Usher will ALL be approaching 40 in the next few years so…
It'll be VERY interesting to see if Top 40 shows their sexism in reacting to their solo work on both sides of the Atlantic.
