It doesn't have to be a mangling to be warnable, the disruptive rule also includes everything that's being "spammed"
Back when the threads were getting closed, I said titles like that should probably not be allowed by anyone but they decided against it awhile ago. So I just let it be and embraced it.
I agree with starting a streaming discussion thread at some point. We've tried doing a youtube thread in the past but it flopped
Now with Spotify and VEVO releasing weekly charts, I think it would be a good thing to open a sticky thread dedicated to it. There's already enough off topic-ness going on in the iTunes thread, so no need to clog it in there
