Mariah's songwriting abilities are severely underrated. Even in Migrate, a supposed throw away hip-hop track, she tells a story and uses an expanse of words rarely seen in songs today. Lots of people call themselves songwriters, but she's a good one.
Mariah is not only the queen of music video, but the queen of video clips in general. The J-Lo, Christina, and TRL Ice Cream ones are classics. All hail Mariah.
