Gay rights is a policy. Whether it alone is significant enough to vote for a candidate is debatable. Being gay is not a policy and it's a dumb justification for a vote (just like voting for a black man because he's black or for a woman because she's a woman, it is reductive and insulting).

No i don't agree with conservative ideologies so I would not vote for a republican no matter what he or she is.
