P!nk is a bigger album seller and she's a lot more consistent than Britney. She's had a lot more hits than Britney and I hear her old songs on the radio WAY more than I hear any of Britney's singles on the radio. P!nk is also a huge touring artist, and she's more acclaimed than Britney.
I know that stans of has beens like to live in the past but P!nk can easily top Britney with longevity eventually, while Britney's next album (if she doesn't retire by then) won't do ****.
She has been a synonym for lipsynching, nobody buys her albums, her singles don't do well, she can't perform for dear life and not to mention she's afraid of her fans, can't speak more than three words in an interview and is heavily medicated 24/7.
Why don't we compare P!nk to a plant, it'll be the same.
I'm not gonna argue with numbers. That's ridiculous. Most of Britney's sales came from when sales were so high. So of course she's going to be higher than Pink. However, Pink's tour gross is getting bigger and bigger each tour. Britney HAD a bigger career. Pink may never get to the massive point Britney was at, but why does that matter? The higher you go, the further you have to fall. The fact that Pink is 34 and is slowly getting bigger and bigger is a great sign for her career. Her longevity will in the current pop world will help keep her in the minds of more generations. Her first major hit was 14 years ago, and her last major hit was 1 year ago. A lot of those people who jammed to There You Go and Most Girls now have kids who jammed to Try and Just Give Me A Reason. Britney can barely get her generation of fans to keep up with her, let alone get their kids into her too. So while Britney's career was bigger and while Pink may never see the heights Britney did, what does it matter? Pink's career is FAR superior. I would rather have that any day.
