I was a senior moderator on a forum called Disney Dreams, but the site got shut down two years ago because of change in ownership. The owner couldn't keep the site running anymore and had to pass it down to someone else, and the person she gave it to turned it into some Disney Channel fan site w/o a forum.

I was also a temporary admin on a forum that's abbreviated to POD. I was only an admin to help with some issues they were having regarding vBulletin and a new layout they were implementing. I left afterwards and never actually did any "moderation".

I'm also the admin/co-owner of this site, but as you can see it's dead as can be.

I was mod/admin on NBA Fanvoice..... Pretty laid back, the only female on a forum for discussing the NBA and basketball. It sometimes got heated, especially during the playoffs, but for the most part rational and civilized discussions were made.

Yes but the admin was a terrible tyrant. I eventually (publicly ) asked for a demotion and left the site. To emphasis how bad of an admin he was, years later when I checked back out of curiosity, I was still one of the main mods of specific subforums as a regular member and had the ability to delete threads, sticky, etc; I didn't do anything because I'm not an asshole but that's such a stupid thing to look over. A few years after that he deleted my account and any trace I was there (he did that to all the former mods who left.)

It was/is a very active forum and is always the first Google result when you google anything relating to the subject it's based around.
