The Middle East counts as Asia and I wouldn't doubt that 21 was massive there, probably.
However, I don't know about Taylor & Katy, tbh. And Avril seemed mostly to be Eastern Asia like Japan, Philippines, Taiwan etc but not Middle East.
Taylor is like the biggest English act in China, with Adele and Katy not far behind (Katy received a cert there a couple of weeks ago). Katy is also doing well in East Asia and Indonesia
Prism album sales outside the US are actually pretty terrible when you consider how much promo she has done and how big a hit Roar was. she should be pulling a lot more.

Album sales in general OTUS must be bad, considering IFPI approved of Katy
while the rest of the other ugly bitches continue to rot and decay in look and talent.
