I have friends that weren't. There's a difference between physical punishment and physical abuse. I had a cousin who's mom pinched them really hard. My best friend never got whoopings. We are all best friends because we all turned out exactly the same.

Yes, with the belt. I deserved them for sure because i used to back talk my mother to the depths haha. Never got hit in public, but when dad got off work I knew it was coming lol. Theres no better sleep than that after whoopin sleep.
