No one cares about Gaga anymore but people cared a great deal about back when which is what made her so successful.
Because this is Miley's peak where as this is Gaga's decline. Bangerz produced 2 Top 2 singles, created a massive media frenzy with the WB video and the VMA's and has outsold ARTPOP in the US (Though not WW at the moment). ARTPOP has just had okay success, it's gold, produced 2 Top 10's and 2 platinum singles and has sold 1.6 WW with only 1 video in 6/7 months. Bangerz is still more successful.
